If it’s your first time at our State College office, here’s what you can expect.

Free Exam
Our treatment coordinator will begin your appointment by introducing you to our office. Dr. Ray will examine your smile after taking a few photos and digital radiographs. All of your initial questions and concerns will be addressed.
Then, we’ll discuss whether or not you’re ready to begin orthodontic treatment. We look forward to meeting you!

Easy Financing
We want to make orthodontic treatment affordable. At your initial examination, we’ll provide you with a fee estimate for your proposed orthodontic plan.
Procedures associated with the treatment but done by other professionals—such as extractions and fillings—are not included. Our Financial Coordinator will explore different financing options with you to help you find the one that most comfortably suits your budget.
Payment options include:
- Direct payment in full with a discount
- Interest-free in-house financing
- Secure autodraft service
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Simple Insurance
Every insurance plan is different. At State College Orthodontics, we’ll help you determine your insurance benefits so you can get the most out of your orthodontic treatment.
We’re happy to communicate directly with your insurance provider when you need us to. We also strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before your first consultation to get the details of your specific dental plan.
